Gizem is a designer and strategist based in Milan, working across identity, research, spatial practice and emerging systems. Through strategy and design, she develops projects that connect brands, technology and new forms of experience.

She is the co-founder of The Problematic, an independent design and strategy practice based in Milan. Alongside the practice, she is developing Rare Notes Club, exploring the future of fragrance, circular luxury and sensory experience.
Drawing from a background in interior architecture and entrepreneurship, her work combines strategy, storytelling and design to create meaningful experiences across brands, spaces and digital environments.
Gizem holds a BFA in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Bilkent University and is currently pursuing an MA in Design Innovation at Domus Academy. She is native in Turkish, fluent in English and conversational in Italian and French.
